The Military Covenant by Pat Conn
We read about it in
our newspapers, we hear about it on radio, see pundits pontificating on television about it, our generals
and politicians say that it is in breach (or not) and the Royal British Legion have launched a campaign in
support of it. All servicemen acknowledge that it exists and have an idea about it and what it means, but
do the population at large including many of our political masters and public servants also acknowledge
that it exists, and in writing? Quite simply, do they know what the Military Covenant really is?
